About The Crawlspace Guy, Roanoke, VA.
The Crawlspace Guy is John’s family-owned, locally owned company, working on crawl space encapsulation, moisture control and mold problems around Roanoke, Salem and Blacksburg.
Owner-led since 2020.
John started The Crawlspace Guy in 2020 and has been in business for 6 years. He likes solving hidden, high-impact problems, and he got into this work to protect homeowners’ health and air quality. Several customers followed him from his previous workplace, which says a lot about how he treats people. Whether you have a flooded crawl space, a musty smell or just want someone to look and explain what is down there, he starts by listening.
John is dedicated to completing the work efficiently and accurately, and often completes extra work as needed at no extra cost. You deal with John directly, so nothing gets lost in a hand-off.
